TFF Boot Camp
Achieve your fitness goals with this high-energy, drill-based, interval session! Take charge of your day with this balanced workout combining cardio and strength exercises. We will use functional movements to improve the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Your agility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and core stabilization will be challenged through body-weight and equipment-based drills.
This format is designed to get you integrated into the flow, heated up, stretched out, relaxed and back to your day, energized, balanced all in 55 minutes.

This is total body training. You will gain lean body mass, lose fat, lower your overall weight and improve your general fitness level and health condition. Last but not least, you will improve your look and get a proportional boost of self-esteem all with one barbell.
Indoor Cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. The instructor simulates an outdoor ride. You will ride on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! A fantastic cardiovascular option.
A stronger and faster paced class designed to focus on the breath and its relationship to the pose. This class has its roots in Iyengar and Ashtanga so it not only focuses on your alignment, but also the fluidity from one pose to the next. Power Yoga was rated #1 for weight loss out of all other forms of yoga. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. This class is a great class to clear out all the static in both the body and mind to prepare you for meditation.
