Our Coppell location has everything that you need from a gym. We have a large free weight center, Cardio Theater, and a number of group fitness classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Latin Dance & Kickboxing. All of our fitness classes have qualified instructors who care about your health!
Cardio Dance Party
This cardio workout will teach you dance moves to your favorite contemporary songs and classic hits that you can showcase on the dance floor. Every class is a PARTY!
Cardio Interval Training
Love hard physical training? Turn your body into a fat burning furnace with cardiovascular conditioning and plyometric drills. Improve your speed, agility, balance, core strength and flexibility while your body is power training and burning fat.
Cardio Kickboxing is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each Cardio Kickboxing class.
Lower Body Blast
Are you ready for a killer lower-body workout? You will start off with a warm up and a brief, energetic, cardio workout to get your body in fat burning mode. Then you’ll continue on with intense lower body exercises, sprinkled with fat burning cardio blasts throughout, to really shape and define your thighs and glutes!
Stretch and strengthen in this all level class. Instructors will guide you through a series of traditional Pilates exercises. Instruction will be given to accommodate and challenge each individual attendee.
Yoga rebels wanted! If you want to get strong but don’t want to sit still, this rhythmic, dynamic, total-body workout is for you! With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you’ll burn some serious calories while you build stability, strength, and flexibility. The mantra is power.
Total Body Circuit
This total body circuit workout targets every muscle in your body with dynamic compound exercises as well as muscle-specific moves. Weights, Steps, balls, bars and bands are all used to torch calories while building muscle.
Get hooked on the Turbo high! With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you’ll get lean and toned—and have a blast doing it! It’s high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!
This format is designed to get you integrated into the flow, heated up, stretched out, relaxed and back to your day, energized, balanced all in 55 minutes.
This class is a fun, creative, and intense workout that will expand your focus beyond yoga and integrate unique strength and circuit training into your yoga practice. This unique combination will jump start your metabolism, strengthen your core, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. All levels of yogis are welcome.
