Allen has an enormous 25,000 square foot fitness center, which provides you with an enormous amount of space to exercise in. We utilize all of the square footage at our Allen facility, as we have 125 different pieces of cardio equipment. This means that you will never have to wait in line to use a cardio machine!
This class combines 30 minutes of cardio (step or floor routines) and 30 minutes Body Sculpting to give you the benefits of both types of exercises in one class.
Using a variety of equipment, instructors will take you through a workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups. Weights, Steps, balls, bars and bands are all used to keep this class moving and fun
Cardio Interval Training
Love hard physical training? Turn your body into a fat burning furnace with cardiovascular conditioning and plyometric drills. Improve your speed, agility, balance, core strength and flexibility while your body is power training and burning fat.
Cardio Kickboxing is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each Cardio Kickboxing class.
Lower Body Blast
Are you ready for a killer lower-body workout? You will start off with a warm up and a brief, energetic, cardio workout to get your body in fat burning mode. Then you’ll continue on with intense lower body exercises, sprinkled with fat burning cardio blasts throughout, to really shape and define your thighs and glutes!
Step class involves high energy aerobic conditioning utilizing a step platform. Participants will step up and down, over and around in this fun, up-beat, fast paced, high energy class. Various step heights are determined by participant’s fitness level ranging from beginner to advanced.
Mix up your fitness as your instructor designs an original class each week by combining TFF’s creative formats.
Total Body Circuit
This total body circuit workout targets every muscle in your body with dynamic compound exercises as well as muscle-specific moves. Weights, Steps, balls, bars and bands are all used to torch calories while building muscle.
This format is designed to get you integrated into the flow, heated up, stretched out, relaxed and back to your day, energized, balanced all in 55 minutes.

Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
